WHO ARE WE?

FLUXIO-ONLINE webshop/quotation module is a part of IWEPRO. We develop and sell premium products throughout Europe’s security industry, maintenance companies and door manufacturers. The goal of most niche products Fluxio-online sells, is to make the work of the specialists easier. Using our smart products and not having to improvise will save time and creates high quality solutions.

IWEPRO Security Technology has 25 years of experience in the installation of mechanical, electronical and E-locking systems.

During daily practise it is experienced that not always the right materials are available, the required dimensions are not available or the materials do not fit our quality requirements. Fluxio-online’s motto is: “nothing is impossible”.

Iwepro Security Solutions develops, produces and introduces their own products into the market. Fluxio-online is our online sales channel.

The company Iwepro was founded in the year 1994. The webshop Fluxio-online has been launched in 2008.

Price request or order? You can do both.
Did you found your product, and would you like to know the price? Then you should click on the quotation button. Just like a regular shopping card you add products, or you look for other products on the website. After finishing, an overview will be shown with your chosen products. You send the enquiry without obligation, after which you receive confirmation of your application and registration. Within 48 hours you will receive a quotation by e-mail of your enquiry. Are you a regular customer at Fluxio-online? You can log in and tick the order box.

Product information:
Almost every article has his own detailed description including all product information, assembly instructions, measuring instructions and additional images.

Stock:
Fluxio-online keeps most of its products in stock and are restocked every month. Current stock numbers will be shown at the price request. If the stock is running low, alternatives will be presented or a direct order will be placed at the manufacturer. This way your order will be delivered as soon as possible. You only pay once your full order has been delivered.

Who are the customers of Fluxio-online?
Our customer base is mainly comprised of the usual specialist dealers, doors and windows manufacturers, maintenance companies, locksmiths and security companies. But also less obvious companies like kitchen manufacturers, yacht builders and the glass industry knows where to find Fluxio-online.

CONDITIONS

Prices: At Fluxio-online gross sales prices will be applied excluding VAT. The net prices are depending on the amount purchases. It is clearly stated whether it is a net or gross price. Net prices are applied in customised work.

No obligations: You always make a non-binding inquiry, with no obligations.

Price and discount: The right price and quantity discount will be applied for small or bulk consumers.

Postal charges: Shipment costs are always net prices. Big orders underneath the amount of € 100, - excluding VAT and postage costs, the customer will pay the small amount of €7,50. Fluxio-online does not apply postage free deliveries.

Return policy: You can return the product for any reason. However, you will take the postage costs for your own account. After the returned product has been assessed, we will transfer the purchased amount to your account within 7 days.
If you want to order a product for review, please order 1 item. When you are satisfied with the product and wish to order more, the appropriate bulk discount regarding the ordered amount will be redeemed on the first item. This way you will never pay too much.

Terms of payment and conditions: When you order at Fluxio-online for the first time, the payment will be in advance. After receiving and paying the Proforma invoice, your order will be sent. After your first transaction and checking your details, you can order on your account. Are you a customer outside of The Netherlands? Then the payment needs to be in advance. The payment term for purchase on account is 30 days after the invoice date. Customers who miss the payment term twice, will be automatically switched to payment in advance.
